When a customer makes an order, each step on the website allows the customer to check and amend any orders before they are processed. The customer must ensure the order is correct before the payment is made. It is the customers responsibility to make sure they’ve followed the order process correctly.
When an order has been made by a customer, we have the right to reject it and will let the customer know as soon as possible if the order cannot be fulfilled.
A contract is formed as soon as the customer receives confirmation from us, the seller. The customer must ensure the seller is notified as soon as possible if there are any errors.
Payment must be accepted before goods are dispatched for delivery.

48 hour delivery as standard.
All stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours.
ID tags are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of ordering, excluding weekends.
Returns are accepted at customers cost, excluding handmade, or personalised items and treat items.
Snuggle beds must be unopened at in original vacuum packaging to be eligible for a return.
In the event that you do have a faulty item, we can arrange a return, replacement or refund.
Handmade and Personalised Items are made to order and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by the supplier/seller.
